We will process all new and returned rentals between April 30 and May 11 in the order they arrive when we return, with shipping resuming on May 12. Any shipping delays beyond our standard 2-business-day period will be automatically added to your rental term, ensuring you get your full rental time. Our support team will also be unavailable during this period. As a family business, we take one annual vacation each year and sincerely appreciate your understanding.
